Tao Jincheng

Tao Jincheng was born in January 2004 in Nanjing, Jiangsu, and is of Han ethnicity. He joined the Communist Youth League in October 2020 and began working in 2023. He is an investor in US-based Elexvx Capital Inc and General Manager and Branch Secretary of Hongxiang Shangdao (Nanjing) Technology Development Co., Ltd. He is a member of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence and the Yangtze River Economic and Technical Association.

He participates in university and youth entrepreneurship programs as a mentor at Minzu University of China, Qingdao University, Shenyang's human resources authority, Nanjing Jianye Shaohua Workshop, the Qin'ao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Association, Baicheng University Student Entrepreneurship Park, Huachuang and Jiangsu Union Technical Institute's Nanjing Engineering branch. He is included in the Shandong Modern Innovation Development Promotion Center's third expert cohort and holds industry-professor appointments through the National Applied Talent Training Project Management Office and the University Graduates Employment Association's School–Enterprise Cooperation Committee. He also serves as deputy director of the National University Student Intelligent Application Development Competition committee and vice-chair of the National University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Competition committee and Wutong Chamber of Commerce Youth Committee.

In 2026, he was appointed a preliminary-round judge for the Huachuang Star National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, a final-round judge for the ModelScope AI Open-Source Talent Summit and AI Hackathon Tour university competition in Nanjing, and a finals judge for AdventureX. He also advises the Wenju academic project group at Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.

• June 2026: invested in establishing Jiangsu Hanjiu Technology Co., Ltd., organizer of the National University Student Intelligent Application Development Competition.
• November 2025: incubated Taoli Xiangyin, a rural education platform, and established Tonggu Jiyu (Nanjing) Technology Development Co., Ltd.
• December 2025: invested personal funds in the Linlinglin E-sports Club and established Nanjing Linxi Zhijue Technology Co., Ltd., with a planned 10% holding and improved governance and post-investment management. The investment was divested as a non-performing asset in June 2026.
• February 2026: invested personal funds in Nanjing Fangsheng Yunji Technology Co., Ltd., with a planned 10% holding. Its intended businesses include photography and information technology services.
• December 2024: invested RMB 9 million to establish Jiangsu Hongxiang Shangdao Labor Services Co., Ltd., a concert security provider included in a government tender supplier database.
• November 2024: founded Hongxiang Shangdao (Nanjing) Technology Development Co., Ltd., focused on LLM algorithm design, tuning and training, software design and development, and cloud infrastructure.

Set questions for the 2024 AIGC Skills Application Competition at Jiangsu Union Technical Institute's Nanjing Engineering branch.
